3 stages of life represented in 3 songs.

The concept of the short film was the relationship between your inner world and the external world across the span our lives. How society sometimes works as an «oppressor» and tries to shut down anything different. A little 1984-ish.

Eyes are the gateway to the soul

This fitted perfectly the theme. In the shortfilm, people who are connected with their essence had yellow eyes. This, combined with the idea that our relationship with ourselves can sometimes turn into a maze, was ideal for the title animation and the posters.

How could this idea translate to the title credits?

To represent our own essence, curiosity, wonder and play we couldn’t just use a font. So we decided we would use Juancho’s little nephew’s handwriting. We did it manually and after, we digitalized it and animated it.

On the other hand, to represent something stagnant, rigid and dead we went with a Bold Grotesk San Serif font.

Everything big is made out of little small things

Although at first it seems that it’s just one thing, if you start getting closer, you will see the different parts. This is true in society, as well as in any kind of project. We believe in the importance of human relationships and the uniqueness of each and everyone of us. That’s why for the end credits we decided to use everyone’s hand written signature (more than 30).
