HOMES is an ongoing illustrated series exploring the emotional weight people attach to spaces, objects and everyday moments.
For some, home is a mountain. For others, a tunnel, a beach, a ramen shop in Tokyo or the view from someone else’s window. This project started as a way of getting closer to the people around me. Listening to their stories. Understanding what certain places hold emotionally for them and translating that feeling into images. Each piece is built from memory, atmosphere and emotional perception rather than from the physical space itself.

My goal was to capture how places live inside people. How emotion transforms ordinary spaces into personal symbols.
I wanted to become a visual translator for those emotions, documenting how memory and feeling reshape colour, light and scale within each space.

Places that became bigger than themselves
